By accessing our website, booking a court, registering for a league or clinic, purchasing a season pass, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Website & Booking System

You agree to provide accurate information when booking courts, registering for programs, or purchasing passes. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to facility issues, weather-related staffing impacts, or other operational needs.

3. Memberships & Season Passes

Season passes are billed on a quarterly basis and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Corporate Wellness plans are billed month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with notice to our team. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Pickle Mania management.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future reservations.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Pickleball and other physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any activity at Pickle Mania, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. Pickle Mania, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your use of our facility, courts, or equipment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Participants under 18 may be required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests, members, and league participants to treat staff, instructors, and fellow players with respect. Pickle Mania reserves the right to remove or suspend access for any individual who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Pickle Mania or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickle Mania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, facility, or services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
